Photography

Half Day – $800

(up to 4 hours)

 

Full Day– $1600

(up to 8 hours)

Includes:
✔️ On-location photography
✔️ 12 fully retouched images (see below for what this includes)
✔️ Delivery of proofs via online gallery

Additional Images:
Basic Edit (light, color, tone) – $15 per image
Retouch (includes full editing + skin cleanup, object removal, etc.) – $30 per image

 

Video

Half Day – $900

(up to 4 hours)

Full Day – $1800

(up to 8 hours)

Includes

  • On-location filming with professional equipment

  • Editing not included in shoot rates

Video Editing – $75/hour
Custom editing to match your vision, including cuts, sound design, color grading, graphics, etc.

Add-Ons

  • Extra Edited Photos – $15 each

  • Extra Retouched Photos – $30 each

  • Additional Hours on Shoot Day – Inquire for rate

  • Rush Turnaround – Available upon request

 

RAW Files & Copyright

All final delivered images and videos are licensed for personal or business use—this includes websites, social media, promotional materials, and internal marketing.

RAW Files

RAW (unedited, original) image files are not included in standard packages. These files represent the creative source material and are retained by the photographer.

If you require access to RAW files, pricing starts at $2,000, and may vary based on project scope and usage rights. This fee accounts for the transfer of creative control and partial copyright.

Copyright & Usage

As the creator, I retain the copyright to all images and video content unless otherwise negotiated in writing. Licensing grants you usage rights, not ownership.

If you require exclusive rights, transfer of copyright, or licensing for commercial resale or distribution, please contact me for custom pricing and a tailored usage agreement.

 

Travel Fees

Local Travel (within 30 miles)
Included in all rates — no additional charge.

Extended Travel (30–100 miles from base)
$0.65 per mile (round trip)
Based on current IRS mileage rate (covers gas, wear & tear, etc.)

Long-Distance Travel (100+ miles or overnight required)
Custom quote based on:

  • Mileage or airfare

  • Lodging (if overnight stay required)

  • Per diem for meals (typically $50–$75/day depending on location)

  • Travel time (optional: charge half-day rate for full travel days)
